Suprising good service from Michanic and Spencer Nvara

I'm more than happy with Michanic. I made the appointment for a full service, paid online and the next morning they dispatched Spencer Nvara to do the job. He did a thorough job and picked up 2 small things in my engine that should be replaced. I was promised a quote to get that fixed. He took his time to explain technicalities to me.
