Stay Away from Michanic

2 weeks ago I booked a major service with Michanic for my BMW320i. The mechanic arrived and never changed spark plugs as he didnt have the right tools for it. He never completed the job, even after numerous promises that he would be back . Left the car with Bonnet open and engine cover unassembled. Michanic stopped attending to my calls after 3 days. After this experience I will never use the service again. stay away from these ****mers. I have no idea what has been done or not done , no official report or completion.
