From the first encounter with Phiwe the consultant, I was so impressed by her excellent customer service. She responded fully and timeously on the questions I asked. She clarified everything to me perfectly. What impressed me the most was that the service is rendered in the comfort of your home and also also included sanitization of the car. She sent the quotation on time and everything was confirmed within a few Mins of me sending prrof of payment. The technician, Kungelwa Lolwana, arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and she has done an incredible job. I am truly impressed. The guy who sanitized my car, was also friendly.
