My car has a coolant leak and was starting (this is stated on their pre check reports). They stripped the car on Thursday, replaced the parts they quoted for, REMOVED parts that were not quoted for and left my car stripped and the car does not start like how they found it. I took a day off on Friday and WAITED for them to come and finish what they started and have my car in a starting state again. They never came. They kept promising to speak to management, organise a mechanic and all of that was lies. Today is Saturday, the car is still stripped, not starting. I have left them over 10 missed calls, their bot tells me there are no agents available. They insist on ******ing money from me for them to come and get my car the way they found it. I cannot call another mechanic to come and finish the nonsense job they did. I paid them in full. My WhatsApp texts are being ignored, can’t get a hold of anyone. My car is in a WORSE STATE than they found it in.

They claim to have a 6 month/6000km warranty and yet here I am with a car that won’t even move because they removed parts from my car and left it bare. The bonnet is not even closing.

I cannot express the horror these people have left me in enough. I am seeking legal help and will leave the car in this state, I won’t call another mechanic to work on the car because that will give them a loop hole to shift blame. I suspect that they actually messed up my car and now they are basically running away from responsibility now that I have paid them.
