Self-taught amateurs with a fancy website

I used this company for the first time based on their Hellopeter website ratings. I was hoping to get a diagnosis of why my car won't start. It's clear that they are not a professional company and don't have access to basic troubleshooting and design information about the vehicles they are working on. I'm now left with multiple oil stains on my driveway left by the vehicle used to transport the person who arrived at my house and I still don't know what the cause of the problem is. Really upsetting to know that this is another **** website with self-taught amateurs who don't know what they're doing.
