Rocky start but came through

Started off a bit rocky. My payment wasn’t processed and then I didn’t have a booked time but they answered the phone quickly and assisted very fast. The mechanic drives from one client to the next so sometimes they are late due to traffic and stuff but once he was here very helpful and my car is 100% now
