Poor service over charged

Over charged for parts, had to wait for service, had to do own follow up for late delayed service with useless excuses. Car worse off after replacement. Did clutch kit replacement then charged for separate replacement of clutch cable labor R900 with part cost of less than R500. Still awaiting feedback for missing console covers. Phiwe no response. Do not recommend them. Blame game from company to mechanics and back and forth. Then get basically told to stay calm at cost of other parts gesture of goodwill but car brakes types and caps just not as before and told because car stood for 2 weeks. Seriously because I am a woman does not mean I am dumb.

16 Feb 2021, 15:25Sadly from November 2020 to date I have no proper service recovery. Sent email in January 2021, no reply. My vehicle still missing part after promised effort to get. Highly heart broken that this is how a customer is treated after spending almost R20k after being told cheaper else where?? For job done. And fact that everytime technician stuck in traffic from early morning and only able to arrive late afternoon. Is this the standard that is acceptable to customers? And if technician not supervised parts missing or he has to have his vehicle checked to fix customer problems?? Is that a specialist? I am in a customer service role and have never given this type of service. Lady that was my contact Phiwe has also not made effort reply to messages? Is this acceptable service? When asked to pay done Immediately but wait for what consumers pay for and parts go missing??
