Poor Car Service

Since this is a late response to the company Michanic due to my illness, my car was serviced in July in which the car was never fixed. The parts that was meant to be replaced with new ones, was probably old ones from another car. The power steering never worked as you can hardly turn the wheel left or right as it is super tight. Eventually after driving for a while, the entire power steering oil leaked again with the resevoir completely empty. A battery center confirmed that the battery itself was never new as it was already oxidizing after just two months. After spending R15 000, eventually the car was destroyed never to be driven again. As much as I complain and getting lots of excuses / apologies from them, it was not worth communicating with them as I was in a losing battle anyway.

Since I am unable to afford a lawyer to sue the company, I've decided to sell the car and get another one eventually as I found out making use of Uber / Bolt taxi works out expensive travelling to work and back. It's sad to see Michanic can easily walk off with the money that I have spent in exchange for no service. I can only say that this a warning to other customers in the Western Cape not make use of this company.
