Poor booking experience

Although the work done on my car was satisfactory, the booking process was relatively poor. This is because no one showed up during the agreed timeslot. Instead, I was informed that the mechanic was running late and would only arrive later in the day. However, the mechanic did not show up and only attended to my vehicle the following day.
