Pathetic service

Absolutely terrible service. We called them and explained what had happened with our car. We were then told they will call the mechanic and prepare a quotation and give us a call back. 2 hours later I called back spoke to another person and he too said he will give me a callback. It is now a day later and have tried calling and my number has been blocked. Absolutely pathetic service.
