PATHETIC AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM THEM

They are truly pathetic, you get a quote from them, you pay the quote, you make your booking, only for them to tell you 30 mins before the appointment time, that the mechanic is running late because of loadshedding / traffic.......Then you ask how late and they ask you for your vin number...Only for them to tell you, supplier does not have the part can they come another day, when they have acquired the part. Now I beg you the question, how can you quote on a part that you do not have, secondly, how can you offer to make a booking to install the part and CONFIRM the booking, if you do not even have the part, HOW? Now They want to refund me less R400 for a cancellation fee, for an appointment that they missed. Please people, do not deal with them. It is truly terrible .
