Overcharge with no remorse

The thing is they do what all mechanics do. Overcharge on labour except you can see how long is actually takes them to do the said job. When you bring it up to them they sorry to hear about it and accept the criticism. But they at no point offer to refund you for their overcharge. So you might as well take it to a mechanic, save R200 callout and not see how these people rip you off.
