One month, and still waiting...

On the 27th of Sept we were relocating in Centurion. At some point my vehicle, Navara bakkie, refused to start again. There were absolutely NO POWER LIGHTS coming on. I was in dire straights because I have to transport a lot of stuff, yet. I gott onto Google and search for a Mobile Autolec, and found Michanic Mobile Auto. I fill in the questionnaire, and made an appointment to let them come the next day, only space available, Sunday. They even confirm with the date and time 13:00/14:00 hrs. This was after I was obliged to pay the callout fee in advance . R860. Well, Sunday come and go, they never showed up. Only letting me know that their OFFICES WETE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. ...? BUT they are advertising for duty 24/7....? I then try to get my money back. First the deny receiving it. I have to prove by pop that I paid. Then, 3 weeks later they made a payment of R460 . Thus R400 short. I showed them again by way of my account pip , that they only paid R460,:and not R860. It is the 23rd Oct today. I haven't heard from them yet. This is pathetic service delivery. It is also clear to me that their booking system and financial control are way Not in line. Given also that I haven't received ANY SERVICES FROM THEM, NEITHER APOLOGIES, MAKES ME NOT EVEN GIVING THEM 1 X STAR . PLEASE DONT USE THIS GUYS.
