Never again

I had to do a major service with them, the mechanic came here and they found out that they had brought à wrong engine air filter. He promised to come back the following day with the right one. The later that day, I had received an email stating that the job is completed.

I tried contacting them on their WhatsApp on the following day, (22nd December 2022) which was no rep**** to until today. I started calling and calling, I finally got someone who claimed that they will find the right filter. The called me a few days later to request for the VIN number. Now a month and a half later, my filter is not fitted.
