Mobile disappointment

I recently booked a service with this company, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I had scheduled the service for a specific time window from 12:00 to 13:00, expecting punctuality. However, the service providers were a shocking 45 minutes late without any prior notice or explanation.

This delay not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my plans for the day. When the service was finally completed, I encountered another issue – they couldn't reset the service light as promised. This lack of professionalism and competence is unacceptable.

Overall, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. I would strongly advise against using their services due to their blatant disregard for punctuality and inability to deliver on their promises.
