Michanic - Shocking Service!!!

I made an arrangement with Michanic for them to come and collect my car and take it to their workshop. I paid R3500 to them (R975 to collect the car , and R2400 to strip and diagnose) , and I specifically asked them to collect the car before 11h00 in the morning. I received no communication from them until about 14h00 , telling me some story about a delay. I subsequently contacted another garage and they arranged collection of my car , and this was 2 weeks ago. I have emailed Michanic , asking for them to refund me my money , and to date nothing has happened. I have called and sent whatsapp messages , asking forthe details of a manager that I could escalate my issue to - all my emails have been ignored , and when I called in and asked to speak to a manager , I was told that all managers see incoming emails , and so they are aware of what I have been asking for. I sent a whatsapp and then called again on Friday and spoke to someone who gave me the same run-around , and then I got a whatsapp saying that refunds would be done on Friday. Guess what - nothing was paid to me. Why is something so basic and simple being dragged out like this? This is shocking!!!!
