Michanic Ruined my Car and I want my money back!

My car was towed from my complex by 3rd part ordered by Michanic few weeks ago to assess the engin. I paid for the towing and Engin assessment and I asked the to bring it back because I couldn't afford the +R33k quote they sent me which was a reduction from +R40k. I gain paid for the towing back to my complex and to my surprise the came t********** in pieces and the engin parts are in the boot, the pampers, radiators, etc and on the car seas, spilling oil and other fluids...damaging the seats!!!

Hi Lerato. We did respond to your query for an issue that started more than 3 months after your service. A mechanic was sent to you in line with the warranty. We have tried to explain to you about wear and tear but we could not convince you. Please note wear and tear will happen
