Michanic policy and Fine prints

I was truly upset, especially after having paid a deposit to secure them coming to service my car.

However, part of their fine print is that BEFORE THEY START WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE, you need to pay the balance., otherwise the mechanic is instructed to pack up an leave - meaning that I would have lost my deposit as well. As for the mechanic himself, Nkosi...he is a good guy who only wants to do his job - but the person in charge.....another story...he simply does not care
