Michanic online booking and service levels
I have had an issue with their service where I require a refund RE their miss understanding regarding a service I firstly denied and after being contacted by Henry and Monica from the concern to continue with my booking I still did not receive the service or repair that was required. Now I have radio silence from them with no further contact even after asking for management contact. Be very careful of this company as they want to quote first charge you for the same and come back with a repair quote. It may sound reasonable in the process but the service is shocking. Absolutely shocking that no one will speak to me as all!

18 Oct 2024, 13:28A follow up, after more than a month in trying to deal with this company RE a refund which was eventually promised, which never materialized. I again enquired and was promised a refund by the 17-10-2024. Low and behold today an email stating that upon further investigation they would not refund me. A very unprofessional concern, no wonder why they have more complaints on this site. I would really like to advice potential customers to be very careful of Michanics Online as they are not ethical at all. Not withstanding there very unprofessional fashion in managing complaints and sticking to the word.
