Michanic Mobile Car Services

Michanic is very unprofessional and a total waste of time. They started working on my car almost 5 months ago. First they told me that it was a faulty valvetronic motor, so they replaced it. They didn't fit it correctly and caused the eccentric shaft to break. After replacing the eccentric shaft, the car was still not functioning correctly. Then they told me that it is the ECU. Then they replaced the ECU, waited weeks for that. Still I was brought under the impression that my car was being worked on at their garage. It literally took months. They informed me that my car was complete, so I wanted to go and collect my car myself at their workshop which is suppose to be in Randburg. Then to my surprise I was told my car is in Benoni. I drove to the address they gave me, only to find my car standing in the open, windows down, full of sand and dirt, on somebody's plot. They still didn't fix my car, part are missing, such as all the covers under the car. The turbo is now not working. Vacuum Pipes are disconnected and blocked with bolts. They have written with permanent markers on my dashboard. Loose electrical wires hanging under the car etc. I am livid!!! It is now almost 5 months and my car is still not fixed and the parts are still missing. I contact Michanic on a weekly basis, but everytime they say that they are fully booked and will notify my when there is available space in their garage. I decided now that I will not allow them to work on my car anymore. They are extremely unprofessional and only makes empty promises. I will never recommend them to anyone. If you want proof of picture before and after Michanics worked on my car. Then I will gladly share it with you. I still don't have use of my car. Thank you Michanic for leaving my car in a far worse condition, not functioning, damaged and missing parts for the last 5 months!!!!
