MICHANIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING
Customer service is absolutely shocking. They told me that they will call me back on Wednesday afternoon. I’m still waiting for that phone call. I rescheduled with my mechanic today and he was supposed to be at my house at 11:30am. After multiple messages send and phone calls he only responded at 13:30 saying that he knocked off and will reschedule my booking for Monday.
This is absolutely shocking as they charged me with labour and updated the job has complete without doing anything on my car.
Do not book any services with Michanic you WILL be required to make payment even though nothing will be done on your car
