Michanic

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from Michanic. I booked a car service for last week Saturday and received a confirmation after making payment. However, on the day of the appointment, no one contacted me, and no one showed up. I waited the entire day without any communication from their side. When I followed up on Monday to request a refund, I was told it would take seven days to process. This is unacceptable—why should I wait a week for a refund when the payment was taken instantly?
