Micanic’s Refund Services

I am extremely disappointed with Micanic's refund process. After numerous attempts to follow up and request the refund I was promised, I have still not received my funds. Despite clear communication and their own terms stating that refunds would be processed within a specific time frame, they have failed to deliver or provide any proof of payment.

I would strongly caution others to think carefully before making any payments, as my experience shows that getting your money back should something go wrong can be unnecessarily difficult.
