Matome Seoka, worst service ever

Matome Seoka, the worst mechanic they have, more than an hour and a half late with no communication, when I phone him he screams in my ear and throws down the phone. Tells me its not his fault and I should phone the office to find out why he is late. Then screams at me and says he will not come anymore and I can make a plan myself to get my car serviced. All because he was late and could not even pick up the phone to communicate that he is late, absolutely disgusting service and zero communication from anyone.
