I expected: to have the steering wheel buttons inspected and a solution provided for reconnecting a can bus box so the buttons can communicate with the audio unit. They were aware upfront that the can bus box was removed, and I had already consulted a radio specialist who said the issue lies with the steering wheel buttons. Instead, I'm back where I started with the solution: Replace the CANBUS box for the steering controls send it to the Radio specialists
