I don't think I'll use them again

Had an awful experience... The mechanic knew what he had to do but did not do it. In the process broke something in the engine. The guy took the part as sample to get a replacement. In the process there is no communication and I'm the one that needs to follow up. Instead of replacing the broken part, I then receive a quote for a new job cut???
