A well thought-out business model. Very efficient. I was initially wary of paying upfront, but countless glowing reviews persuaded me that I would be in good hands - and I was. My mechanic arrived in good time and proved to be most professional in both his work and work ethic. My Yaris is now purring happily... Very satisfied. I will definitely use Michanic again.
