Frustrating service
I won't be using Michanic again. What was suppose to be a 2-3 hour appointment turned into a three day waste of time. Michanic notified me 30 minutes before my original appointment that they won't make it. I rescheduled for the very next day and the Mechanic showed up three hours late. When the Mechanic eventually arrived he brought the incorrect parts that needed to be replaced. Safe to say that your time as a customer means nothing.

21 Jun 2022, 12:49Hi Marco, sometime dispatch of parts can be challenging and we do try our level best to ensure that there are no delays. We are happy to know that the mechanic eventually arrive as we arrive 100% of the time but sometimes due to delays beyond our control we may be late and we will communicate better in future.
