False quotes(online and unprofessional employees)

They gave me a quote (Online) which I did on two different days, the price was the same. However the problem started when I called to confirm and the price increased by R2800. So I asked thabiso/thapelo or Tsepo (not sure of the gentleman's name but its one of those ones.) He then told be its cause of the labour, and the call out fee and the parts. I explained to him that I already got a quote online and he then said that their websites quotation is wrong. They asked me to send a screenshot of my qoute which I did send and then I called back to ask if they received it. They did and they still explained to me that the websites doesn't quote correctly. If that's not the worst part. The gentleman I spoke to was not willing to help me understand why the price jumped up so drastically instead he was like, "should we do another quote or what cause we going around in circles". That was said in a very ugly tone. He was very rude and unprofessional. If that is not bad business practices, then I don't know what Is.
