Extremely unprofessional experience with Michanic

Mechanic said on 4 calls owner made to mechanic over an hour that he was "leaving other nearby job very soon" but was over 30 minutes late, arriving after 19H20 instead of 18H00-19H00 as booked. Mechanic was on phone for almost full duration of call out, careless & negligently set alight fuel line and tried to put fire out with water then sprayed fire extinguisher from distance too far to extinguish fire. Vehicle owner had to take extinguisher, get into car to extinguish fire and minimise fire damage caused. Completely unprofessional
