Extremely poor service

I requested a diagnostic test on my vehicle, paid the money, all went well. When it was determined that the dieselpump is the problem it was taken in for a quotation. I paid R3500 for them to test the pump - I phoned to request a better price but was told they cannot help me. I was told it would take 1-2 working days for them to let me know what the problem is. After 4 days I phoned them then they said they are battling to find the parts. I requested a quotation for a new one and for repair (this was never offered by them) For a new one with labour R10 000, for the repair R18 500.00. If I had not asked for a price on a new one they would have taken the 18K to repair it. I then asked for the whole pump with all working and non working parts to be returned to me via e-mail twice with no reply from them. I then phoned again to request same. Delivery was then scheduled for the next day between 1 and 2 pm. When it did not arrive by 3pm I phoned again to find out what is happening. I was told the technician was delayed, if he was delayed why was it not communicated with me, why did I have to phone in again. I was then told he would be there at 15:45. When he did not arrive by 16:20 I phoned in again to find out what was happening. I was then told he took the wrong turn off but would be there within 20 minutes. I then proceeded to phone another 8 times, of which they answered the phone once to tell me that the technician is trying to phone me. I said that I do not believe them and they can phone him from another phone while I hold on. He eventually at 16:50 said that he was at the delivery address.

My review of this company is that they were out to take my money from the beginning, there was extremely poor communication with me, when they knew I was urgently awaiting feedback from them. I would not suggest this company to anyone!
