Extremely poor service
I had their mechanic come out twice for the same diagnostics and they promised on both occasions to do a follow up quote for repairs. When I called them they again promised to follow up but never got back to me. I eventually sent my car to the dealer and found that the diagnostics given by Michanic's guys were incorrect so I really wasted my money with them. Its been 4 days since I called them where they promised to come back to me and still no comms. Really poor service - won't trust them again!

We do apologise and we have also secured a lot more broader range of spares and this should not happen in the future.
