Expectation Gap.

The technician that arrived was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

However, I requested a complete electronic / electrical diagnostic (test, assessment). Instead, I had to explain the issues that I experienced, and I had to ask several questions to ensure an accurate understanding and interpretation of the issues.

There was clearly a gap between what I required (expected) and what was delivered.
