Dissapointed with the service provided by Michanic

I contacted Michanic informing them of the following issues with my Polo1.6 Comfortline - engine overheating - water mixing with the oil - Oil leaks - Possible gasket damage - Need new coils and plugs

I paid *R3 680.00 ( Engine overhaul) *R45 393.13 (parts replacement) and now I'm requested to pay an additional *R8 063.05 - for an exhaust manifold, water pump, coolant and plugs!

My car sounds like a broken down truck and has no power at all. The engine light (!) is still on. I was clearly **** to my Michanic as the stated the R45 393.13 would cover all the required parts.

The engine overhaul in my opinion was just a **** as there was never any mention of additional parts that needed to be purchased.

I'm on early retirement due to ill health and did not know I was setting myself up to be ****med.

I'm truly heartbroken.
