DISGUSTING ********!!!
These ******** do not know what they are doing. I have been paid for two very expensive quotations yet my car is dead now.
They still need to come in on Monday to strip the engine now and do a further diagnosis.
I’m scared that by the time the mechanic is done my car will be completely messed up.
Their service is shocking and the Call Centre Agent Desmond is terribly rude. They never call you back and you have to constantly follow up with them.
These amateurs do not know what they are doing!
I’m going to sue them if my car is messed up!

Now they do not want to do the engine strip as per their promise on 14/01/2022 to further diagnose and fix the problem.
I paid for two quotations and I have a car that is not moving. Pay me back all my money so that I can get professionals who know what they are doing for my car to be fixed.
You can't keep my money because the car is not moving!
I want my money today!
And don't respond on my e-mail.
