Disappointed
Disappointed. Service which includes a full report did not take place. Yet, my email informs that from electrical to suspension, everything is OK. Only oil and spark plugs done in the time allocated. No report on brakes, etc as was told I would get. I was told for the brakes to be checked, they needed more time. Had to call technician back as he forgot to fit a cover back on. Inferior quality parts used in my opinion. Parts are not Nissan SA approved. I was also told that I would need to service my vehicle again after 10 000km due to the quality of parts used. So I paid a price for what I thought is a reputable service on my car. I am more worried now about doing damage to the engine. The technician was not a Nissan specialist - just a normal mechanic who has limited knowledge on the modern car. I would not recommend Michanic as you cannot judge the quality of the person they send out.
thank you for your review, it is appreciated, however, the parts used are not inferior quality as you allude, by no means that Mann filters are low quality www.mann.com. we thank you for your feedback including over the phone however as you had said, you expected more than you paid for.
