Definitely not Specialists!

Vehicle was serviced and the service light was still on as well as the engine light that kept beeping. The car lost complete power the following day. I contacted Michanic and they came out to check only to tell me the turbo is now faulty. Perhaps the faulty turbo was a coincidence with timing, however they cannot turn off the service light. The mechanics were googling on how to do this......which amazed me. My son in law contacted his uncle who is a mechanic for advise and these mechanics were asking to listen to the voice notes to try understand the problem. Upon booking the service, I selected a specific mechanic only to be sent an email stating my service has been redirected to another mechanic who is a specialist with my brand of vehicle. I am astonished at the type of service you regard as specialist services.
