Customer service and approach

The current mechanic you have sent has proven himself in terms of knowledge of the BMW car he is fixing. He was able to explain in details on what's is going with the car and pointed all the faults in my presence. I appreciate the fact that he was able to identify some mistakes the previous mechanics made and tried to resolved them.
