Below standard service and they charge for every tiny thing that is normally free

I booked to have Minor Service done, the person I clicked to book was not the person who was assigned to the job. The minor service was done however I do not think the "15 Point Check" included in the quote was carried out properly, the fan belt slips when you start the vehicle but he did not seem interested in it, I told him about a rattling noise coming from the right side of the vehicle, he took the vehicle for a drive down the road and confirmed the noise but said he would need time to look and I need to book it. I told him I did not know what I should select as I did not know what was causing the rattle and he said he would call me on that Thursday and he could come have a look but I am still waiting for the call. I had a look on the website to see if I could book for an inspection for the rattle but this would be an additional R835 for a call out fee and labour. I was also told by Michanic that I would be charged R660 PER ITEM that I needed inspected, so I would need to pay another R660 for them to check the fan belt, these are all item that would not be charged for at a Mechcanic shop. I phoned a Mechanic shop and they said they would do the inspection for free and then charge for the labour and parts for the repair, which I have done. I therefore find no value in using Michanic as my vehicle has ended up in a shop anyway. The mechanic from Michanic also did not sign my service book as included in the quote.
