Bad Service, Overcharging

7 months gone, and I have not yet received my refund for the Overcharge for labour. Had 1 pencil coil replaced in my Jeep. Been calling and spoke to a Zwothe so many time, its like I know this dude too well. Calls himself the Manager when i ask to speak to a manager. Keeps promising i will get my refund "today" but dololo. Please never go online and book these people. I paid nearly a R1000 for them to come check my Jeep. And another R3900 to replace 1 coil. They are like MMM the pyramid scheme. You pay, and you get nothing.
