Bad Service from Michanic

My car had an electrical fault. I paid for a Strip & diagnose on my vehicle. This was paid before they even showed up. My appointment was 13:00 and they only showed up after 18:00. After they diagnosed the fault they took the faulty part with them. I followed up daily afterward. They told me they need to pick-up another part. After a week I told them to bring the part back and assemble the parts as I will no longer be needing their service. Another appointment had to be scheduled and again they were 5 hours late. They assembled what they have take apart and told me all faults are cleared and left, the bonnet still open and the battery not even properly connected.
