Avoid using this Company - They Overcharge and will never Refund you

Do not use this company. They request for Upfront payment, and always overcharge. You will never get a refund for overcharges. Rather find out from friends and family of reputable mechanics who will not rip you off. This company overcharged me by R2000 for labour costs. Charged me for 4.5 hours of labor for something that took the mechanic 30 minutes to do. They have refused to pay me back the overcharge. You may say what is R2000.00. Imagine they do this to 50 people, that is R100 000 profit for them, gained by nefarious means. Sending them emails and begging for repayment of the overcharge has gone to deaf ears. PLEASE do not use this company. They are not reputable, and have no integrity from my own experience.

They charged me for something called "WIRING REPAIR" and the mechanic said my JEEP Cherokee did not REQUIRE any wiring repair, that would take 4 hours, so I paid over R2000 for something that was NEVER DONE, and this was 3 YEARS AGO. To date, they have NEVER refunded me a cent. They are daylight *******. PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE these nutjobs who are clearly making money out of innocent people. The worst part about this is that they will NEVER come to help you UNLESS you PAY THEM FIRST. So any overcharging on their part is XMAS money for them. They know what they are doing is *****, but I see they are still doing this in 2024. Shameful and disgraceful. The mechanic who came to replace 1 Pencilcoil in my JEEP changed his mobile number because they are all in this together. He did tell me that they will refund me, but it never happened. I hope someone takes this company to Court, and everyone on this site can bring the Receipts to prove their dishonesty.
