Appalling service
My husband and I took our car to Michanic. We paid the towing plus engine stripping and assessment as we should. We did however, after recieving the quote started comparing with other service providers. We contacted Michanic to have the car brought back to us so we can take it elsewhere.
To our surprise the within a few hours,the car ess brought back,engine placed in the boot,bonnet and other parts placed on the seats inside the car. The from totally ripped out.
The service is appalling to say the least.

We have spoken to your husband and he seems to be happy with the solution we provided. Just to be clear. In a case of engine damage, a strip and quote is the process we undertake. Once we have stripped, we create a quote based on the findings. If for whatever reason you do not accept the quote, we do not spend any more time in assembling a broken car anyway as there would also be a cost for labour.
We offer a full transparent quote and alway advise customer to get their own parts if they can get them cheaper. Your husband seems to be happy with that offer too so we are surprised to get this review. Anyway we are in touch and available
