An expensive error

I engaged this company to replace my vehicle’s alternator. The following day, the vehicle began leaking oil significantly. I was informed that this was “purely a coincidence” and unrelated to their work. They then proposed to repair the issue at a cost approximately 600% higher than two independent competitor quotes I subsequently obtained.

Two weeks later, the vehicle still does not start. Despite repeated assurances that I would be contacted with updates or solutions, no follow-up has been provided. Overall, this has been a highly frustrating experience marked by poor accountability, excessive pricing, and a lack of communication.
