An exceptional job well done

I had been aware of Michanic for a while and thought to try them out when my car was recently due for a major service. With that said, it would be an utter injustice for me not to comment about how effortless my process of dealing with them was. I booked and paid online efficiently, and the team communicated with me timeously, including sending a follow-up email when they couldn't get ahold of me.

Arrival on the day I had scheduled the car was adhered to because the mechanics arrived on time. If anything, I kept the guys waiting because I had stepped out.

In under two hours, the gents were done working. They completed their mandatory drive to check if everything was ok with the car. I was also happy with the explanations they were taking me through while they were busy working.
