Rude, conniving and plain ****************

We had a debt that was handed over to attorneys for payment. We made payment and completed full payment in August 2015 this year and have repeatedly requested a letter stating this debt has been settled in full and Mr. Michalowsky REFUSES to send us a letter. This is a man who puts the law profession to shame. He bangs phones down, he shouts at people and blatantly has no respect for anyone. Surely it is against the law to refuse to furnish a debtor with a final paid up statement and letter to state the necessary. Holding people ransom like he is is not acceptable anymore. This needs to be taken up with the Law Society, Consumer Protection Council and any other body that will ensure that other people out there are not subjected to the same type of behavior like we have been.
