C & N Imaging

We bought cartridges from C&N Imaging. Paid for it in March 2015. The deal was to try the cartridges, we did, but decided not to buy them again. There was no contracts. Only straight forward telephone conversation. Then all of a sudden in June we were called by this Michael Smit Attorneys, by a guy called Gavin who demanding that we take another batch of cartridges or he will list our company with ITC. Since June he phones every month- end using very foul language. First he was Gavin. Now he is Michael. We have corresponded with C & N through our attorneys proving that the invoice we received was paid in March 2015. This guy keeps on phoning. So rude. Today he phoned claiming that he never spoke to me before...he phones me every month. He said he has instruction from C & N to list our company on ITC. He claims his calls are recorded. That is good if it is true, he speaks very rude and has once even made a downgrading ***ual remark in his conversation. He claims his practice tel nr. is ***.
