Micheal kors Mall of Africa manager’s name, “Fezz” is untruthful, unreliable and unfit to manage the store for the clients best interest.

Micheal kors mall of Africa employees are *****s. They sell items to cash paying customers, with the intention of taking the money for themselves and not scanning the items on the system as purchased.

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers at Micheal kors mall of Africa. I didn’t get a slip for the sneakers, paid cash. The sneaker got damaged from the 1st wash ever since they were bought and only warn at least 4 times.

The warranty and policy for Micheal kors purchase is 2 years to return damaged goods. However, when it was supposed to be app**** in my case, I received poor service, no feedback and I was told the purchase was not made in the store because there wasn’t any proof of purchase on their system and I was without a slip for a purchase made exactly a year ago, with proof of the purchase made in the store ( a photograph taken with the clear date and time of the sale) produced to them upon request.

The sneakers are both the same kind and style, the original colour of the sneakers was white pleather and cream white fabric that turned black/navy blue and dirty cream after the wash. The quality of Micheal kors sneakers is extremely poor and of cheap fabric.

Micheal kors mall of Africa store is a *****, the employees are ******* and mediocre. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THE MICHEAL KORS BRAND, the SOUTH AFRICA (GAUTENG / JHB) -MALL OF AFRICA BRANCH, the EMPLOYEES and THE OVERAL ITEMS.
