Micheal Kors is a ***** and sells poor quality shoes (sneakers). One of the employees of Micheal kors (mall of Africa) branch in Midrand, South Africa contacted me to let me know that they have found the receipt that was said to not exist when I needed it initially, to claim for my damaged sneakers.

The employees of Micheal kors refused to assist me but later messaged me privately on WhatsApp, with the number ( +***) stating I should send them a photograph of my damaged sneakers and they will provide feedback once the claim is approved. This was communicated on the 16th November 2022 at 19h30pm. Until this date I have not received any feedback and nothing is being said.

I sit with sneakers I’ve only warn thrice and wash once, which was when the sneaker changed from the colour white to black and overtime the colour started to change to blue.

Micheal kors is a **** and I will continue to warn people about this brand and the quality on the products. As well as the employees ways of ******** people at the Mall of Africa branch, midrand South Africa. Micheal kors is a ***** and their policy/warranty is just used to attract buyers and rob them of their money.
