Michale Kors Cape Town maybe selling ****s?

I bought this expensive perfume at Michael Kors V&A Waterfront branch in Cape Town. What a waste of money. The perfume is pure water and doesn't even last a minute after putting it. I suspect this perfume is ****. I wonder if this outlet is not using the brand name to sell ****s. When I called the store, they indicated that they don't do exchanges. Be warned people
